At VOS, back orders only
average 1%, here’s why:

monitor your order and keep you informed.
- The back order
isn’t the problem, it is knowing
if and when you will be receiving the
item.
- A Team dedicated
to running a report every morning showing
all back orders.
- We proactively
call you with an ETA (estimated time
of arrival) or offer an alternate solution.
- Some competitors
cancel backorders. We Never Would without
your approval.
